There's been a lot written over the years about how Portlandia may or may not have affected the city it featured/lampooned so lovingly...but we'll save that critique—as important as it may be—for another list perhaps. For today, let's revel in what I consider three of the series' most keen observations on our relationships to food, "art" and ultimately, each other.
